Creating a New Project#
Complete workflow from client setup to first estimate:
Create client counterparty (Proyectos → Contrapartes)
Add project site (Proyectos → Sitios)
Create contract with details and retentions
Build concept catalog (manual or Excel import)
Add document recipients (contacts)
Create first estimate for progress billing

Managing Estimates#
Monthly progress billing workflow:
Navigate to contract
Click “Nueva Estimación”
Set period dates
Add line items with quantities completed
Review calculations and retentions
Generate PDF document
Submit for approval

Hierarchical contract structure:
Create parent contract (main client contract)
Create subcontractor counterparty
Create subcontract linked to parent

Importing Catalogs#
Bulk import via Excel:
Prepare Excel with columns: Code, Description, Unit, Quantity, Unit Price
In contract, click “Import from Excel”
